1. Agreement
By accessing or using internalpage, you agree to these Terms. If you use internalpage for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use internalpage.
2. Service
internalpage lets users publish HTML, Markdown, OpenAPI, and related page files as private URLs that are available only after sign-in and access checks. We may add, change, limit, or remove features as the service develops, especially during beta periods.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must sign in with a supported identity provider, currently Google Sign-In, to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account, sessions, API tokens, and devices secure. Workspace owners and members are responsible for workspace settings, page visibility, selected-email sharing, API token issuance, and billing actions performed in the workspace.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload or publish to internalpage. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and secure that content solely to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service and to comply with law.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, phishing material, content that infringes others' rights, or highly sensitive regulated data such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or secrets unless you have written approval from us and appropriate safeguards in place.
5. Access control and sharing
internalpage enforces access using verified email identity, workspace membership, workspace domain rules, selected email allowlists, page visibility, and expiry settings. You are responsible for choosing the correct sharing settings and verifying that recipients are appropriate. We are not responsible for access caused by your configuration choices, forwarded links, compromised accounts, or inaccurate recipient information.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or material that violates others' rights.
- Do not use another person's account, workspace, API token, or billing method without permission.
- Do not use internalpage for emergency, life-safety, regulated infrastructure, or mission-critical systems.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
internalpage may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar or another billing provider we identify. Prices, plan limits, features, taxes, and billing intervals are shown in the product or checkout flow and may change for future billing periods. You authorize the billing provider to charge the selected payment method for paid plans and applicable taxes.
You can cancel a paid subscription through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We may downgrade, suspend, or limit workspaces with failed, disputed, or overdue payments.
8. Beta features and availability
Some features may be marked or treated as beta, preview, experimental, or early access. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, have lower availability, or be discontinued. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will always be reachable.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using internalpage at any time. Workspace owners may delete workspaces from settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. After termination, we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for security, backup, legal, billing, or accounting purposes.
10. Third-party services
internalpage depends on third-party services such as Google, Cloudflare, AWS, Polar, and Discord. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, internalpage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will not be lost.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to internalpage for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing law
Unless a mandatory law gives you other rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
